Dear Client,

As Healthcare Professionals safety is our highest concern. Given the COVID-19 outbreak, we are instituting updated protocols to ensure your safety, the safety of your pet, and the safety of our employees.

First, we want you to know that we are continuing to perform all services for your pet! We are here for you and your furry family members, and we are determined to provide a full suite of services for as long as we are able.

Second, we are limiting entry into our hospitals to employees only. We ask that upon arrival to our hospitals you call us so that we may send a staff member out to your vehicle to retrieve your pet. At that time we shall take your phone number so that a Veterinarian or Technician may call you to cover pet health history. We shall perform scheduled services or procedures and then return your pet to your vehicle. At this time we will take your credit card information so that we may complete the services transaction.

Third, beginning Monday, March 23rd we shall be closing all hospitals at 6:00 pm daily until this crisis passes.
