Customer Service Representative/Receptionist

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling some prescriptions, over-the-counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance.  Receptionists will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties.

Veterinary Technician

Technicians are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, radiology, client communication, medical procedures, pharmacy, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, rehabilitation, assisting in the operating room, kennel duty and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs.

Veterinary Technician Assistant

Tech Assistants are responsible for assisting the Licensed Vet Techs including collecting information on current complaints and background on patients and relaying to doctors; drawing and administering vaccines; assisting in surgery preparation and anesthesia monitoring; filling in-house medications; restraining patients for nail trims, blood draws and exams; monitoring and providing nursing care to surgical/urgent care patients; cleaning treatment rooms and other hospital maintenance.

Kennel Staff

Kennel staff are responsible for animal handling, bathing, and grooming, cleaning, feeding, laundry, waste disposal, general hospital maintenance.

Pack Play Staff

Our Pack Play is not your average “dog daycare.”  We provide structured playtime in our large backyard.  Pack Play staff are responsible for monitoring and correcting all canine participants; maintaining a controlled environment; possessing a calm state of mind; must be reliable; must follow instructions from our “pack leader”.  Other responsibilities include disposing of dog waste; hosing down turf; filling water bowls; taking dogs from and returning dogs to owners with leash etiquette.
